Withdrawal - Return - Product Replacement

The customer of www.caeliaccessories.gr has the right to return the product he bought and to request its replacement in any case of sale of a wrong product or product of poor or defective quality with proven fault of www.caeliaccessories.gr

In the above cases, the customer after receiving the product, must return it within (15) fifteen days from the day of receipt. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, without damage and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents. The products travel at a cost, risk and responsibility on behalf of the customer. No refunds will be accepted, except for the goods in this invoice or receipt.

In case the return does not take place within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, www.caeliaccessories.gr may not accept any return and replacement.

After receiving your order and after the necessary check from our product store, we will contact you to return your money.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order before the start of the shipment. Shipments are made daily Monday-Friday at 18.00 Greece.
